I read a story in the paper about an accused
murderer who has subpoenaed six Internet
providers. He is attempting to find out who the
anonymous bloggers are who are blogging about
his guilt. The Judge is going along with it so far.
Turns out 300 bloggers have been ranting about
the case. The accused's Lawyer is saying it is an
attempt to be sure none of the 300 are in the jury
pool or selected to be on the jury. To defame someone
is still against the law. Kind of unsettling that this
kind of info could end up in this guys hands. Still
you are not anonymous anymore. if someone want's
to know they can find you. Why just last week I was
researching computer animation and looking for a
place to learn some. I was on a certain website looking
over their courses when my cell phone rang. The lady
on the other end explained she noticed I was on their
site and did I have any questions. I said yeah, How did
she know I was at their site? She explained through a
ping which in turn popped up my name address & cell
number. Now that is creepy!

Dear Big AL,
so the global village is finally coming! Got my eyes on you takes on a whole new meaning. Great.
How about The Central Scrutinizer - Frank Zappa, Joe's Garage 1979? Or Hangman Jury - Aerosmith, Permanent Vacation 1987 or Pessi-Mystic - Alice Cooper, Brutal Planet 2000
But enough of that, Rockcast is as good as ever. Farmer Dave Scher was veery good. Gene Simons & Frank Zappa were super, Mitch Fratel was the perfect intro to American Minor, (I'm getting to the age where a blueberry muffin is a real alternative) Modest Mouse, Edgar Winter, Atomic Bitchwax, and hey I know I'm a Poppunk fan, Miss Derringer.
Only one thing really annoyed me, man, why didn't I think of Deep Purple - Maybe I'm A Leo when we were supposed to be the same person.
