Rockcast Tuesday.11.03.09a; Chuck Prophet, Atomic Rooster, Alice Cooper, Trio, The Passions, Devandra Banhart, Humble Pie, Blackberry Smoke, Rolling Stones.

So it is once again election day in my home town.
Voting in a new mayor today. The leading candidates
are an Architect, who is white. A Lawyer who is Black.
and a Woman City Coucil member who is Gay plus a
Latino Business Man. Got all the bases covered? Well
except that it is probably up to the SUV driving soccer
Moms with cell phones attached to the side of their
collective heads who will decide. Nationally today
Democrats will try to push a clean air bill which would
fine large companies found guilty of dumping polluting
chemicals in the air. Dems are complaining that the
Republicans are not on board with the bill and Dems will
try to pass it without them. Repubs are complaining
about the fact that the bill would allow companies to
buy or trade the "right" to pollute. In other words if you
pay a fee up front then it will be OK to dump shit in
the air. Houston Texas is one of , at times the most
polluted city in America thanks to the refineries on the
Gulf coast. All the big boys will just pay a fee to keep
on dumping out the chemicals. How does this help
with greenhouse gas problem? It doesn't. Plus the
fact the bill is partially sponsored by a Senator from
California. Yeah we see how well her state is doing.
Those idiots have run California into the ground and
on the brink of collapse. Yeah, We should all listen
to them. No wonder all these tea parties are popping
up all over the country.

Dear Big AL,

Trio on Rockcast. You never cease to amaze.

Very interesting rant today, we live in a political world.
The one we can see and can feel
. But there's no one to check, it's all a stacked deck and we all know for sure that it's real.

Pollution checks instead of putting a check on pollution. The human intellect is phenomenal.

Great set and your Big AL-O-Ween was out of sight. For some time it was also out of reach, had to download it six times. As you know I'm the living embodyment of patience. So I just quietly downloaded it again and again saying oh my.

Okay now there is a dent on the wall where I banged my had on, but I didn't swear. Almost, just a little. Bet Hadji's ears still ring.

Politicians all around us, time to lighten up. And for sarcasm, lots of sarcasm. Try Alligator Ass - Steven Seagal, Mojo Priest 2007. Mr. Big Fist is let's just say amazingly good. See the musicians and who produced it. Or try Sofa King Badass - Mason Casey. Album same title 2007. Or harder stronger faster louder and completely tasteless Kiss Me Where It Smells Funny - Bloodhound Gang, One Fierce Beer Coaster 1996 (sexplicit lyrics)

Don't let the Blues get you down, there's so much to live for like, um... er... nowwhatwasit, um, aah yes the next Rockcast!

Thanks Dino, Big AL-O-Ween was a monster!! May end up being the most listened to set in Rockcast History. That may be why it took so long to load. Plus it is a long set. My loverly Wife suggested I add an "ie" on the end and call it Big AL O Weenie! "Women, can't live with em, and they can't pee standin' up" - Gary Bussey...;-)
