Boston's Walk On album was released in 1994. I
stated 84, then corrected what was already correct.
I didn't get much sleep last night for some reason.
When I finally did I was 10 minutes late. Been in a
daze since. Ahh well it's the weekend.

Rockcast Wednesday.11.04.09a; Them Crooked Vultures, Chicago, Kiss, The Yayhoos, Hall & Oates, Ian McGlynn, Mitch Ryder, Nirvana

Here in Texas every year when you register
your automobile the state sends you a sticker
to put in the lower corner on the drivers side
of the windshield. My car is 5 years old. This
year the state told me I needed new license
plates for the car. Why? There is nothing wrong
with the old ones. What another waste of taxpayer's
money. This has to cost millions to produce new
plates. So my new plates arrive and have a new
number to boot. So every piece of material involved
in the car such as insurance, toll road tags and such
had to be changed to the new number on the plates.
There's an hour of my life I'll never get back. What
a freakin' waste.

Rockcast Tuesday.11.03.09a; Chuck Prophet, Atomic Rooster, Alice Cooper, Trio, The Passions, Devandra Banhart, Humble Pie, Blackberry Smoke, Rolling Stones.

So it is once again election day in my home town.
Voting in a new mayor today. The leading candidates
are an Architect, who is white. A Lawyer who is Black.
and a Woman City Coucil member who is Gay plus a
Latino Business Man. Got all the bases covered? Well
except that it is probably up to the SUV driving soccer
Moms with cell phones attached to the side of their
collective heads who will decide. Nationally today
Democrats will try to push a clean air bill which would
fine large companies found guilty of dumping polluting
chemicals in the air. Dems are complaining that the
Republicans are not on board with the bill and Dems will
try to pass it without them. Repubs are complaining
about the fact that the bill would allow companies to
buy or trade the "right" to pollute. In other words if you
pay a fee up front then it will be OK to dump shit in
the air. Houston Texas is one of , at times the most
polluted city in America thanks to the refineries on the
Gulf coast. All the big boys will just pay a fee to keep
on dumping out the chemicals. How does this help
with greenhouse gas problem? It doesn't. Plus the
fact the bill is partially sponsored by a Senator from
California. Yeah we see how well her state is doing.
Those idiots have run California into the ground and
on the brink of collapse. Yeah, We should all listen
to them. No wonder all these tea parties are popping
up all over the country.
